Where abouts do you train on Saterdays?

There isn’t any set area(s) we always train at on a Saturday. We just practice where we want to go on that day all the areas we do train at though are within the city centre.

hi im have been doing parkour for about 3 weeks and ive got 3 questions to ask about training sessions
1: are people there to help begginers on saturdays?
2: is training on this saturday?
3: how long do you wait for people to turn up?

1: Yes there is. Saturday training sessions are for all levels and abilities to join and take part. There are people of all levels of experience are on hand, to give advise if needed. So everyone trains together and helps each other out if needed.
2: Training is on each and every week regardless of the weather, the only time training is not on is when it is a bank holiday and no transport is available. The sessions are always updated on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ParkourNottingham
3:On average we wait for an extra ten minutes for people who might be running late before leaving the meet up spot at 12.10pm and going to which ever areas we want to train for that day.

me and my mate have been doing parkour for about 4 months and we cant find any clubs to join so this is a good oppurtunity for us and is the meet up every sunday and saturday were 12 but nearly 13 so could we still come please
Hi Callum,
You are more than welcome to come along to any of our training sessions to practice dude. The main training is Saturday at 12pm as that is when everyone is out out training. Sundays is at 1pm and is an extra day of training for those who can’t make Saturday.
